Business Rises From Darkness.
US Navy aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) is headed to South America for deployment to the Southern Seas. The carrier departed Norfolk, VA on April 25. It will join partner nations maritime forces for engagements & training over the next few months.
The George Washington will then head to its new home port in Yokosuka, Japan and relieve another carrier on duty, the USS Ronald Reagan.
